CMOM 2024 - Abstract Submission Form
Proper operation, maintenance, and management of wastewater collection systems is essential to reduce sanitary sewer overflows (SSOs) and to protect public health and the environment. The CMOM approach outlines a dynamic system management framework that encourages evaluating and prioritizing efforts to identify and correct performance problems in collection systems. CMOM 2024 seeks abstracts (not exceeding 300 words) for 25-minute presentations on any aspect of collection system planning, financing, designing, construction, operation, maintenance, and management.
- CMOM 2024 will be held in-person August 5-6 2023. 13.5 hours of CEU wastewater credit will be requested through the TCEQ. Professional Engineers will receive 15 PDH (includes ethics).
- Complete the abstract submission form NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, May 31, 2024.
- All abstracts will be reviewed and ranked by collection systems experts.
- Authors of selected abstracts will be notified by July 2, 2024. All authors will be contacted no later than July 9, 2024.
- You can select up to three abstract categories if your topic has overlapping themes.
