Please complete the following form by the end of day on Tuesday, November 10. By the end of Wednesday, November 11, Windhorse will provide you with instructions on how to use Zoom with an access code, as well as a copy of the chants, and the day, estimated time, and teacher with whom you will have dokusan.

If you do not know how to use Zoom and need technical support, contact Lani at lani.banner@windhorsezen.org before November 11.

If I want to sign up for dokusan with either teacher, I need to send an email to confidential@windhorsezen.org by Wednesday, November 11.  Only the teachers have access to this account. I understand that in the case of too many dokusan requests, we will, as always, give priority to members of Windhorse. *
