Musician Questionnaire


Porchfest Grants Pass is a free, fun, family-friendly music festival taking place on the front porches of vintage homes in the historic NW Washington Blvd and Lawnridge Blvd, Grants Pass neighborhood. We feature over 30 acts with nearly 120 musicians volunteering their time and their talent to make the event possible!

PLEASE SUBMIT ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS BELOW.

Information is only used for Porchfest Grants Pass activities.
Filling out the Musician Application does not guarantee a set slot for any musician. Musicians are selected to optimize the number and locations of porches available.

Musician sound amplification is recommended to equalize all musician performances. Porchfest organizers may require musicians to turn down their amplification during the event to prevent bleed-over sound onto neighboring porches.

All performers are volunteering their time and their talent to participate as part of the event. 

Social Media - we ask that you promote your participation by posting on all social media platforms; also link to the Porchfest social media.
Photos - please supply a current photo (or indicate below that photo from previous year can be used). Photos are used to promote your band on Porchfest social media platforms. Email your photo to porchfestgrantspass@gmail.com with your group/band name in the subject line.
