Short Form to for Substitute and Custodial Positions in OASD Schools
This application is for if you are interested and ready to begin working as a substitute (paraprofessional, teacher or custodian) or as a part time custodian within our school district right away. 

For Substitutes: Once you submit this application I will use the information you enter to create your onboarding profile. A WELCOME TO OCONOMOWOC AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT email will be sent to you. This is your onboarding material. You will need to fill out all the forms, background check and physical exam within 30 days of receiving it or your application will be dropped and you will need to reapply. 

For Part Time Custodians you will be contacted by our Building and Grounds Supervisor regarding your interest. Once hired she will refer your application to me for onboarding.
