Paws In the Park

~Outdoor event with no rain date scheduled
~Spaces are 10 ft by 10 ft for vendors. Spaces are larger for Food Trucks.
~You must supply your own tables, chairs and a canopy if desired
~Electric is not available
~Set up will begin at 10:30 AM NO EARLIER
~You MUST be checked in and parked in your spot no later than 11:30
~A raffle item of at least a $15 value is due for the event the day of the event. All proceeds will be donated to Logans Heros.
~Cars can be left parked right at your space
~All vendors are asked to stay for the duration of the event. We highly recommend no early clean ups
~We are accepting all types of vendors, non profits, rescues, food vendors etc for this event
~We will only allow one representative per company at the event. You can have someone come with you to the event to help. we just mean there will not be another representative from your company competing with you. If applicable.
~Once registration is filled out you. If you are accepted you will receive an invoice from Square. Once the invoice is paid you will be listed as a confirmed vendor below. Typically updates are done within 48 hours. You can always check back after your payment has been submitted to make sure you are listed.
~Once payments are submitted there are no refunds for any reason.

~We will hand out 100 swag bags to guests. You can advertise in these bags for an additional $20 if you are a vendor for the event. If you are not a vendor for the event and would like to advertise in the bags the fee is $25. All items for the swag bags are due September 3rd. They can be dropped off at an event prior to the due date or they can be mailed to Events By Jennifer Lynn & Company P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562

~We will be handing out Puppy Passports. Where guests can take the puppies from vendor to vendor to collect a goodie. If you would like to be on the passport please select the choice below.

We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
