Creativity for Wellness: Art-Based Support Group with the Cancer Support Community
First Thursday of the Month, beginning Nov 4, 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Exercising our creative selves can bring balance, pleasure, clarity and calm—nurturing overall well-being. Research has shown engaging in creativity can reduce tiredness, alleviate anxiety and elevate mood. Explore your creativity and connect with other patients, survivors, and caregivers in a supportive space, professionally-facilitated by board-certified art therapist Kathleen Buday, MEd, ATR-BC. No art experience necessary, just a willingness to explore and express. We hope you'll join us!
