The Olander Park System strives to feature local food vendors during our programming season. All food trucks/vendors are promoted on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter), on our website's event page, and on print media.  

Do you think you would be a good fit for our events? Please complete this form letting us know a little about you. All completed submissions will be considered. Confirmations will begin mid-February.

All food trucks must complete a vendor agreement, have all licenses and permits required by the State of Ohio, and provide a copy to TOPS two weeks prior to the first event date.  Each Food Truck Vendor must supply individual Property Liability Insurance. A Certificate of Insurance naming TOPS as “additional insured” must be received two wees prior to the event. Liability coverage should be $300,000. Please note: TOPS assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to the Food Truck, it’s property, employees or guests. *
All Food Truck Vendors that attend a TOPS progam are asked to donate 10% of their gross sales collected on day of event. Donations should be sent to TOPS within 10 business days with receipt of sales. Are you willing to donate? *
