- Meeting and making a connection with customers, asking questions and listening to shoppers' needs, then giving options and advice on meeting those needs.

- Maintaining selling floor presentations, and restocking them as needed.

- Maintaining good housekeeping standards.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.

- Process POS (point of sale) purchases.

- Build productive trust relationships with customers.

- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Availability to work flexible shifts and must be available weekends

- Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required.

- Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 20 pounds
