Social Work only: An additional $25.00 is added to your general ticket purchase to process Social Work forms. Forms will be processed by The Department of Social Work and sent to Dr. Jana Donahoe for processing. You will be EMAILED your certificate. Please make sure your email is accurate.
School Personnel only: An additional $15.00 is added to your general ticket purchase for processing MDE credits. You will have to fill out the MDE Continuing Ed application for CEU credit form if you want to receive credit.
