Invitation to represent the school in a Boys Under 11s football match.

Dear Parent / Carer,

I am pleased to let you know that your child has been selected to represent the school in an U11s boys fixture on:

Wednesday 6th March – HOME v Little Chalfont School

Kick off will be as close to 4pm as possible and the children should be collected from the school playing field at 4.40pm.

Please complete the form below by Monday 4th March , giving your child permission to play.

A full team list will be available on the sports notice board in the Junior School Dining Hall.

It is the players’ responsibility to make sure that they come to school with their shin pads and football boots on the day of the match plus a warm top and a drink. We will provide a school football top, socks and shorts. School kit can be collected on the day from Mr Holmes.

You are all welcome to come along and offer your support if you wish to do so.
