Mandatory registration form for 6th, 7th and 8th-grade Football
Player fees for 6th/7th/8th - $400 ($200 and sell 10 discount cards and fees are met!)
Fees are due by Monday, July 8th, 2019.

Each player has the opportunity to fundraise to have their fees totally covered. Players will receive $20 credit for each Tiger discount card sold and 20% of each corporate sponsorship!

Examples: Sell 20 discount cards and your fees are paid in full! Sell 10 discount cards and also get 2 $500 corporate sponsors and your fees are covered!

** Rising 7th and 8th-grade players - $100 deposit is required when Spring Football practice starts, May 6th. This deposit will go towards your player fees and is refundable if your player fundraises $400 or more. Equipment will not be handed out until deposit is made and all forms are completed. (Deposit not required for rising 6th-graders) **
