CONSENT FOR THE USE OF ID VERIFICATION & PERSONAL DATA:

Under the terms of the General Data Protection, I consent to Pixel Training Limited using my personal data for the purpose of processing: ENROLMENT ON TO LEARNING PROGRAMME

I understand and agree that Pixel Training Limited is the data controller and it will process my personal data for the above purpose, and I consent to the following:

1. Pixel Training Limited will process the following data sets in respect of my personal data for the above purpose: ENROLMENT ON TO LEARNING PROGRAMME

2. I give my consent to Pixel Training Limited to send/copy and retain my ID’s and documents for all application purposes.

3. I understand that my ID’s and documents are needed in order to complete my enrolment application and that a Pixel Training Limited staff will need to send original/copy/retain them for that purpose only.

4. Store my contact details on its database in case Pixel Training Limited needs to contact me for the above-mentioned purpose.

5. Process my personal data within the EEA regulations.

6. Retain my personal data for the appropriate period needed to process my paperwork and thereafter all personal data will be destroyed.

7. Pixel Training Limited will only disclose my personal data to third parties where there is a lawful basis.

8. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by informing us.

9. Pixel Training Limited will hold your personal data securely and keep it confidential at all times. The legislation gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the legislation.

DECLARATION: By continuing to form below , I confirm that I have read and understood all the above statements and that myself alone will present the required ID’s/documents to a Pixel Training Limited staff member during the enrolment process. I understand that I will get a copy of this agreement. I hereby certify that, to the best of my knowledge, the provided information is true and accurate.
