Job Summary

We are looking for an email graphic designer that can come up with amazing eCommerce email designs. You can be based anywhere in the world!

Your job is to create visual materials for our clients’ email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes if you’re a Klaviyo newbie).

You will be working closely with our account managers and copywriters to design newsletters, banners, email templates, and other graphic materials for email campaigns. It’ll be your job to translate the clients’ vision into compelling email design.

You’ll have an opportunity to play with new design styles, try a lot of different visual approaches, and constantly think outside the box.

The best part is you’ll be able to work remotely, set your own schedule, and travel as much as you like. You decide when to take breaks, and you get to plot your days off. We’re a 100% full-remote team, and you can be 100% location-independent.

All that we ask is that you are online (contactable and available for any modifications or edits) between the working window of 10 AM - 6 PM CET time, Monday to Friday.

How you will fit into the mold: You'll help us increase our emails' conversion rate thanks to catchy and efficient designs.

Requirements

  • Ability to prioritize your workload to accommodate clients that need a quick turnaround.

  • Ability to work comfortably with brand guides and style guides without direct client interaction.

  • Exceptional  innovative design skills.

  • A creative individual who is capable of producing original ideas and content with minimal direction.

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and open to change, with the ability to think proactively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and build graphic materials for our clients’ email campaigns and flows in Klaviyo.

  • Design & develop email templates including icon/UI creation and GIFs.

  • Design banners and other graphics using a copy provided by our team of writers.

What This Role Will Help Build

You will be working on a ton of different projects for some of the fastest-growing E-commerce businesses in the country, helping them to generate massive revenues.

Please note that this role requires that you work as a contractor for our agency, which means you will be responsible for filing your own taxes.
