2022 Heights Holiday Market - Vendor Application

<This is the online application for the new Heights Holiday Market to be held on December 10, 2022>

This application is part one of a two-step process:
Step 1: Apply using the form below and submit a $50 deposit via PayPal at paypal.me/FarmsintheHeights/50
Step 2: Once your application has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a welcome email with instructions to submit the remaining balance of your payment.

***NOTE: FULL PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED AND PROCESSED TO SECURE YOUR SPACE.***

Please note that this is an *OUTDOOR* market that is planned to happen rain, snow, or shine. If the weather is bad enough that we have to cancel, vendors will be notified at least 48 hours in advance and the rain date will be the following day: Sunday, December 11

Prices:
$95 per 10'x10' space

A $50 deposit is REQUIRED with this application form. This deposit is 100% refundable if you are not approved for the Holiday market. If you are approved, the funds will go towards the cost of your space. Submit deposit via PayPal at paypal.me/FarmsintheHeights/50 - please include "Holiday Market 2022" and your business name in your payment.

**Bring your own tables, chairs, tents, and tent weights. Rentals are not available. You are welcome to bring as many tables, chairs, lights and decor for your space as the 10ft x 10ft size allows**

If you need to purchase tent weights, we highly recommend:

Minimum of 24lbs per each leg of the tent. Weights must be filled before arriving on site.

Spaces with electricity are limited. No space heaters allowed.

Payment:
We accept PayPal, Venmo and checks as form of final payment.

Guidelines:
Clean and disinfect area especially all high touched
Must use hand sanitizer that is at least 60% alcohol

Parking:
We are able to secure street parking on Ogden Ave on a first-come, first-served basis. Once those spaces are full, you will need to secure your own on-street parking in the neighborhood after unloading your equipment.

Required Documentation for Food & Beverage Vendors: If you are a Food & Beverage vendor selected to participate in the Holiday Market, you will be required to have the below documents:

The selection process will be made first-come, first-served and then based on availability in your particular category. Our intention is to curate a unique and well-balanced market so we will only accept a limited number of vendors in a specific category. Applying does not guarantee a spot in the market. Applicants will be contacted with a vendor agreement and acceptance notice if accepted.

Waiver----- I, the undersigned individual/entity, do hereby agree that I, and my heirs, successors, assigns, etc. shall hold and save Riverview Farmers Market and Farms in the Heights as well as their employees harmless from any and all claims, damages or losses of any kind and of any nature including attorney’s fees arising from my participation in the Heights Holiday Artisan Market. I further understand that the Market and its agents are only providing a place for vendors to sell their commodities and are not guaranteeing the sale of these commodities. I understand that the Market and its agents are not responsible for collection of any accounts of the individuals to which I choose to market my products. I agree to be fully and entirely responsible for any damage, accidents or injuries caused by my action(s) or my products, and/or my equipment and the same for those assisting me at the Market, and shall hold both Riverview Farmers Market and Farms in the Heights as well as their employees, agents and assigns harmless from any and all claims, damages or losses of any kind including attorney’s fees as set forth above. I agree that we do not hold Riverview Farmers Market and/or Farms in the Heights responsible for any change needed to be made by county or town, to logistics or lay out in order to be COVID complaint. This agreement remains in effect for the duration of my participation in this Market.
