Athletic Sign-Up for Fall Sports
This form is for students to sign up for our fall athletic opportunities.  Students must have an updated physical on file as well as the concussion form and athletic agreement signed prior to trying out for the sport.  Please note that signing up does not guarantee a spot on the team.  We will be holding try-outs soon after school starts.  Please check our Facebook page for information regarding practices and for other updates.
