Thank you for your interest in becoming a part of the  2021-22  RYLA Committee. The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Institute brings Interact Club executives from across District 5370 together for a one day developmental conference packed with workshops and speakers intended to empower confidence and teach vital skills required by those stepping into leadership positions in their clubs.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Institute emphasizes developing soft skills necessary for high school aged youth to lead in their local communities, specifically in their Rotary Interact Clubs. In this one day developmental conference packed with workshops and speakers, we aim to empower confidence and teach vital skills required by those stepping into leadership positions in their clubs. From learning skills such as project management, public speaking, and how to engage a team, we aim to provide a highly interactive day of learning and fun with a variety of facilitators and speakers throughout the local community.

RYLA will be held virtually this year due to COVID-19. Our objective is to influence personal growth to build happy, productive young people who are positive role models to their peers and their community. If you would like to join the committee, please fill out the form below.
