Regular Membership -  Regular members are official voting members that must match the following criteria: Citizen of the United States of America, of Hispanic/Latino Descent, person of good integrity and good moral character, registered and active member of the North Carolina Democratic Party.
Associate Membership - Associate members are non-voting members open to any Democrat in North Carolina who supports the mission of the North Carolina Democratic Party Hispanic Caucus, regardless of ethnic background. This category is inclusive of individuals who may not be U.S. citizens or eligible to vote, such as green card holders and DACA recipients, who are committed to advancing the Hispanic/Latino community and Democratic values in the state.
