At the 2020 Region VIII RLC in Sandestin, FL, a variety of awards will be given out to chapters and individuals. While it is not required to fill out all sections of this form, we encourage you to utilize each to highlight your chapter's accomplishments across 2019 and to nominate outstanding chapter members and alumni. All applications will be considered, even if your chapter is on probation. If you would only like to nominate someone for an individual award, skip to the last section.
