Projects:
Project Overseer:
Introductory project to introduce fundamental engineering concepts, skills, and experience towards space sciences and technology. Open to everyone.
Project Rapid:
Development of a 3U CubeSat (very small space satellite) to demonstrate the functionality of an experimental ion thruster (electric propulsion unit, as the payload). Application-based. Recommended to have basic knowledge and experience for area of expertise applying to.
Administrative:
Administrative Teams:
Plans exciting events, outreaches to companies and communities outside UCLA, creates visuals and merchandise for our community, sources funding, and makes general improvements to our organization. Open to non-engineers and engineers alike!
Administrative Officer Positions:
Responsible for contributing towards the success of a specific function of the organization (ie planning social events for the Social Coordinator, managing website development for Webmaster, etc). See position descriptions:
