Proposal Form for Japan-Malawi Online Forum 2020「マラウイを語るオンラインの集い2020」発表フォーム
Fill in the form below to submit your proposal for the Japan-Malawi Online Forum 2020 no later than August 1, 2020. Commercial presentations will not be included.

Your presentation will be placed in either (1) video conference with zoom using slides in 5 to 10 min.  of the official program and/or (2) any form of digital presentation at your own during the Free Session (planned between 15:45-16:15), zoom, website page, YouTube channel, Facebook page, etc. One simplest example is to give us a link to a PDF report stored in Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, or any other cloud storage.

Please be aware and be careful to the fact that  the sessions of the online forum will be distributed via a social media (YouTube or Facebook) all over the world.

Simultaneous translation between Japanese and English will be available in some sessions of the official program.

「マラウイを語る集い2020」の発表提案を2020年8月1日までに提出ください。ここでは商用発表は含みません。

発表機会は、(1) 公式プログラム中での5～10分程度のビデオ会議（Zoom/スライド発表あり）、または/および(2) 「フリータイム」（15:45～16:15）用のご自身（または所属先が）準備するZoom/ウェブサイトページ/YouTubeチャンネル/Facebookページその他のインターネット上でのデジタル発表となります。最も単純なものは、Google Drive、OneDriveあるいはその他のクラウドストレージ上のPDFファイルへのリンクでも結構です。

本オンラインフォーラムのセッションは、SNS（YouTubeまたはFacebook）を経由して世界へ発信されることを了解いただき、その点をご注意ください。

公式プログラムのいくつかのセッションで同時通訳を行う予定です。

Choose one of the sessions, A, B, or C. In session A or B, you will be allotted 5 to 10 minutes to make a live presentation via Zoom service we provide.  In session C, you prepare your own presentation method(s): either (1) Zoom or similar video meeting service, (2) YouTube or similar video streaming service, or (3) website, in either case please provide us a title jpeg image of 800 px by 533 px to be placed on the official online forum site and a URL link to take the visitors to the destination. セッションA, Bの場合は5から10分以内の口頭発表を主催が提供するZoomを通して ライブで発表いただきます。セッションCの場合は、自身で用意した方法での発表をお願いいたします。その場合、800px×533pxのサイズのjpegのタイトル画像と、視聴者を案内する先（(1) Zoomといったビデオ会議用URL、(2) YouTubeなどの動画サイト用URL、(3) ホームページ）のURLをお知らせください。
