Amberton University - Anonymous Report
Amberton students and employees may use this form to anonymously report an allegation of sexual harassment, sexual assault, dating violence, or stalking committed against or witnessed by the student or employee, regardless of the location at which the offense occurred.  The form may also be used to report any financial improprieties, illegal practices or policy violations committed by university employees or agents and to protect from retaliation those who make such good-faith reports.

In keeping with Amberton University’s Policy #545 Whistleblower Protection Policy , Title IX, and Sexual Assault Policies, Amberton University is dedicated to proactively promoting  compliance by encouraging all members of the University community (students, faculty, staff, administration) to report any incidents of sexual assault, harrassment, dating violence, or stalking as well as financial improprieties, illegal practices or policy violations committed by university students, employees or agents and to protect from retaliation those who make such good-faith reports.
Members of the Amberton community have multiple reporting options, which are described in the Whistleblower Policy #545 and Harassment Policy #207and anonymous reporting. While identified reporting is encouraged and preferred, if for any reason you find it difficult to use one of the traditional reporting structures, you may report the alleged violation anonymously by using the form provided below.
If you wish to provide contact information, a university official will contact you within five business days to acknowledge receipt of the reported violation and (1) gather more information, (2) explain what action has been taken, (3) provide an update regarding the ongoing investigation, or (4) if no further action or investigation is to follow, explain the basis for that decision.
