Thank you for your interest in being a vendor for this year's FAHM JAM! Please fill out this form to complete our Vendor Application. NOTICE: This is only for non-food/drink vendors only. A follow up email will be sent upon approval of this application and may take up to 5 Business Days.

Date: Friday, October 29, 2021
Time: 5 PM - 9 PM (Load-Ins @ 3:30p)
Location: Garden at the Flea (at San Jose Flea Market)

- You do not have to be Filipino to participate. All ethnicities are welcomed!
- BYO Bring Your Own tables, lights, tents, & weights as breezes can pick up in the area.
- No Electricity will not be provided at booth areas.
- Deadline: Payment Deadline is Saturday, Oct 23rd 12:00 PM to confirm your participation once approved. Additional fees will be added after this date. Better placement at venue by earliest signups & payments.
