2020 Holiday Greenery Fundraiser
Hosted by the Xavier Performing Arts Students

Brighten your home or office with some holiday cheer!
Support your favorite Performing Arts Student!

Begins: October 15, 2020
Ends: October 30, 2020

Payment is due at the time of the order. Checks should be received by Xavier High School by November 2, 2020.

Students will collect the checks, or checks can be mailed or dropped off at Xavier High School.

PAYMENTS:
• Please pay via check, and put STUDENT NAME on the memo line along with "GREENERY".
• Checks payable to: Xavier High School.
• All checks are due to the Main Office at Xavier by November 2, 2020.

NO ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 10:00 PM ON FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2020.

PICK-UP - NEW THIS YEAR DUE TO COVID
• WEDNESDAY, November 18, 2020 between 3:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
• ALL orders will be picked up outside by STUDENTS (or parents). No customer pick-up.
• The entire order will be picked up at one time to limit student and volunteer interaction.
• Students will sign up for a pick up time and will wait in their cars for their items.
• Final details on pick up will be available closer to the pick up date.
