Designation: Trainee

Deployment Location: Chennai - Oragadam

Selected Candidates will deployed with one of the leading Automotive Company based at Chennai under NEEM Scheme or the National Employability Enhancement Scheme as it is otherwise called is a joint initiative taken by the Government of India and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE).

Job Role:

1) To ensure that the products are produced and stored according to appropriate documentation.
2) Trainee responsibility includes completing all tasks set by the supervisors and assisting wherever possible.
3) Should be able to work in a team and can work closely with staff.
4) Should have theoretical knowledge of electronics / Mechanical/Electrical /other subjects.
5) Should have analytical and critical thinking skills, Proficiency in mathematics with logical thinking.
6) Good observation skills and willingness to learn

1. Stipend: Rs. 15,000/- per month

2. Weekly attendance Bonus for 100% Attendance– Rs. 200/- per week

3. B Shift Allowance: Rs. 30/- per shift

4. C Shift Allowance: Rs.83/- per shift

5. Contract Period: Minimum 1 years to 3 years Maximum

6. Free Canteen during working hours

7. Free Company Bus facility
