This vendor holds harmless the event organizers in the event of undesirable weather, injury, etc. 

Your product or merchandise must be geared toward the outdoor lifestyle.

Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables/tents/chairs and any other equipment they may need. The event organizers reserve the right to place vendors where they deem appropriate. If you have special needs or concerns, please let us know in advance.

Vendor fee is $35, with the exception of non-profits. Your space is not confirmed until this payment is received. This may be paid by check made out to Perquimans County with "Perquimans Outdoors" written in the memo line. Please mail checks to PO Box 45 Hertford, NC. Deadline is April 15.
