We welcome Irvine residents who want to bring more accountability, transparency, and honesty to our community. As part of the team, you will be helping to raise community awareness of all things Irvine and help us keep an eye on local government. 

Our publication reports only on Irvine issues and we are committed to factual reporting meeting journalistic standards.

Volunteers will receive training and support. No experience is required. You do not need to be an activist or an experienced writer, just willing to learn and give whatever time and skill you have to help us provide this important public service. 

Please note: We are an all volunteer community publication governed by a Board of Directors. All articles are subject to Editorial Board edits and approval prior to publication. Our primary function is to research, write, and publish articles important to Irvine residents with an empasis on local government. We are a nonpartisan, nonpolitical, tax-exempt 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
