Changes need to be made no later than Saturday at Noon one week prior to your original pick-up date.

You will receive an autogenerated google forms email after you complete and submit this form. That email will act as your change confirmation. There will not be a separate email confirmation from Chicago Tomato Man. We will contact you only if there is an issue regarding the change.

You can send someone in your place. They will need to show us your name and order number. No need to notify us in advance
