Academics: Grants may be awarded to fund projects, supplies or costs that supplement and align with academics. Projects may include but are not limited to, the following:
- School projects or school supplies
- College testing costs
- Application costs
- Educational opportunities to enhance instruction in math, science, history, language arts, fine arts and career development
- Special programs for students
Dual Credit: Grants may be awarded to cover the cost or partial cost of dual credit tuition
Certification and Equipment: Grants may be awarded to provide funds for certification and equipment to support student achievement. Certification and equipment may include but are not limited to, the following:
- Books, kits or additional needs for dual credit or industry certification programs
Character Building: Grants may be awarded to provide funds for character building projects or activities to support student character and student achievement. Projects may include but are not limited to, the following:
- Academic camps, training or other learning opportunities
- Fine arts or athletics camps, trainings or other learning opportunities
Technology: Grants may be awarded to provide funds to enhance existing technology and for acquiring new technology to support student achievement. Technology may include but are not limited to, the following:
- Equipment, supplies and software to improve student performance
- Additional hardware
- Adopting and/or expanding existing technology to increase student learning
