Chair/Co-Chair
Will serve as the Chairperson for all CYO Board meetings, collaborating with Board Members to develop and maintain monthly agendas and facilitating orderly discussions during meetings. They will also represent Assumption CYO at Diocese and League events, acting as a liaison between the Parish, School, and CYO. Additionally, the role entails working closely with individual sports Athletic Directors to ensure adherence to the CYO mission, approving schedules, resolving issues, and participating in parent and coach meetings. They will assist in developing and updating CYO literature, finalize yearly budgets, and manage payments and deposits in conjunction with the Treasurer. The position also involves evaluating coaching staff, organizing player-led Eucharistic celebrations, and collaborating with Athletic Directors on program enhancements.

Secretary
The role involves attending meetings and recording minutes, then distributing them to all Board members for review and approval within a week.  Collaborating with Board members to create a monthly meeting agenda and ensure it's circulated in advance. Maintain a shared location for storing important documents, including agendas, minutes, and bylaws, for easy access by all Board members. Take on the role of social chairperson, organizing social events for the Board, and assist in finding meeting locations when necessary.

Treasurer
The role entails being responsible for preparing and presenting a budget to the Board annually, submitting monthly financial statements, handling the collection and recording of deposits, and issuing checks as necessary. 

Athletic Director (Cheer & Girls/Boys Volleyball)
The Sports Athletic Director(s) will be the primary representative at League meetings and events, ensuring alignment with CYO philosophy and league regulations. They will recruit, train, and certify coaches for all teams, organizing Coaches Certification Workshops and coordinating parent information meetings. Knowledgeable in CYO bylaws and League rules. They will also oversee budgeting, practice scheduling, and distribution of league schedules. Collaborating with Coaching Staff, Parents, and the CYO Chair, they will conduct coach evaluations.

Gym/Scheduling Coordinator 
This role involves several key responsibilities. They will collaborate with Athletic Directors to establish a system for tracking participant families' volunteer hours and coordinate parent volunteers for gym maintenance tasks after games. Additionally, they will work with Parish Admin and Sports Athletic Directors to organize the Fall/Spring practice schedule and coordinate the schedule for Scorekeepers. Ensuring timely confirmation of volunteer service hour assignments, the Coordinator will solicit volunteers, maintain sign-in sheets, and manage paperwork.
