Nominations are open for the 2021 SAEM Simulation Academy Awards.  Please help us recognize individuals who are making a difference in the field of simulation.  Please fill out this online form to provide your nomination statement (300 word maximum).  Candidates may optionally submit a CV and up to two letters of nomination by emailing simulation@saem.org.

Recipients will be honored at the virtual SAEM Simulation Academy meeting on Thursday, May 13, 2021, 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Award eligibility
-EM physician faculty member in a North American academic EM department
-Current SAEM and Simulation Academy member not currently serving on the Simulation Academy Awards Committee or Board (with the exception of the Simulation Academy Change Agent Award)

Submission Deadline: Friday, March 26, 2021.
