This forms was formerly known as the Petition Process, Exit Survey and Transition Survey. This survey should only be filled out by Gamma Rho Lambda members wishing to gain Alum status and who have NOT been an Alum before.

If you've been granted Alum status in the past but are now "Alum- Suspended- Financial", you can regain Active Alum status by paying your dues.

If you have any issues filling out the survey or have any questions about your status please email the VP of Alum at alum@gammarholambda.org.

Yes. You do not need to fill out the application to reinstate your Active Alum status, just pay your dues to be added to the Roster. Contact the VP of Alum if you are unsure
