Concord Community Schools would like your feedback on how we are doing at meeting your student's needs. Please complete the survey for each building you have students in. For example, I have a middle school and high school student. I would complete the survey twice, once for each building.  If you have multiple children in the same building and they are having the same experience, you only need to complete the survey once. If you have multiple children in the same building and feel they are having differrent experiences, you may complete the survey as many times as needed.
