Calgary Pollinators Community Walk
April 30th 2023 at 1:00pm at Nose Hill Park
(Meet at the South parking lot of Nose Hill Park off John-Laurie Blvd & Brisebois Dr NW)
*Weather permitting

We want to get to the pollinators that call Calgary home and what plants support them!

We will be walking through the park looking for pollinators (bees, flies, butterflies, moths, beetles, etc.), visiting a flower. All you will need is a smartphone with a camera and a good pair of shoes. The photos you take of any pollinators can be uploaded to iNaturalist to participate in the Calgary Pollinators Community Science Project.

The data collected during community pollinator walks will be used in research at the University of Calgary to investigate the relationships between plants and pollinators in Calgary.
