小小創業家夏日FUN樂季
小小創業家起源於闆娘的女兒,每天看著媽媽賣東西,她也想把自己穿不下的衣服、不玩的玩具拿出來賣,體驗當小老闆的感覺。秉持著愛每一個孩子都如同愛自己孩子般的心,Yo ! Baby決定把這個想法實踐在更多的孩子身上,於是小小創業家園遊會成真了!

小朋友們可以帶著自己想要販賣的物品、佈置屬於自己的攤位、幫自己的商品定價,和學習販售、解說商品。小小創業家活動除了可以讓物品找到新生命、擁有一顆分享的心,還能建立金錢觀念以及發揮創意,更重要的是,小朋友能夠在小小創業家活動中找到滿滿的成就感,在準備的過程中,大人的引導、協助,也更加增進親子間的感情。

Yo ! Baby 也希望這個活動,讓每一個孩子都有一個自己的舞台,大膽的展現自己的創意,讓我們一起創造一個充滿歡樂、純真和學習的市集吧!

【活動辦法】
報名對象: 5-12歲孩童家庭。
報名費用: $15/攤 (限2位小朋友+2位家長),每增加一攤/桌多$10,依此類推
活動時間: Sunday 7/30/23 11:00 am -2:00 pm (PST)
活動地點: Yo! Baby Shop
1300  John Reed Ct, Unit C, City of Industry, CA 91745 (Back Entrance)

【攤位空間】
每攤提供一張2' x 4' 尺寸桌子

【活動說明】
1. 若需2張桌子,請報名2個攤位,若需3張桌子,請報名3個攤位,依此類推。
2. 現場攤位位置將由主辦單位安排為主,恕無法任意更換位置。
3. 由於場地資源有限,恕不供電。
4.活動當天攤位不提供椅子,若需椅子請自行攜帶
5.活動當天全程使用票券交易,請自行保管票券,活動結束後兌換現金,遺失恕不負責。

【小小創業家商品及攤位內容】
1.攤位可販售
  • 孩子們想割愛的玩具、文具、衣物等二手或全新商品。
  • 孩子們自行創作的作品
  • 孩子們的創意遊戲。
2.禁止販售大人們的二手物品或是商業商品。
3.禁止販售食品、醫療用品、藥品、小動物等違禁品。

小小創業家報名流程
  1. 填寫完成。
  2. Yo! Baby Shop將於5個工作日內審核完成,並提供付款連結。
  3. 完成付款後,即表示報名完成。
  4. 收到Yo! Baby Shop所發的Check List。
  5. 若於6/30(五)前未收到Check List,請來信詢問。

小小創業家注意事項
  1. 報名時請確實填寫報名資訊,活動當天請以報名者名字進行報到。
  2. 每攤位報名費為 $15,每增加一攤位增收$10,以此類推。每攤位提供一張 2' x 4' 尺寸桌子,每張桌子限2位小小創業家與2位陪同家長。如需4位小小創業家同樂,報名時請選擇2個攤位 (2張 2' x 4' 桌子) 以此類推。
  3. 名額有限,報名審核通過後通知付款,付款完成後才算報名成功。
  4. 報名時請確實填寫預計販售商品,報名完成後,若需更改販售類別,需重新審核。活動當天請以當初報名之販售品項進行安排。
  5. 收到付款連結後請如期付款,若未如期付款將視為放棄資格,由候補人員遞補。
  6. 報名完成後,恕不退款。如遇天氣等不可抗拒因素市集取消,主辦單位將個別通知並全額退款。
  7. 若需Yo ! Baby Shop協助宣傳攤位,請於6/30前將攤位商品照片email至info@yobabyshop.com
  8. 活動當天,全場使用票券交易。請保管好收到的票券,活動結束後兌換現金,遺失恕不負責。
  9. 活動當天Yo! Baby Shop不負擔孩童照顧及安全責任。
  10. 活動當天,請提前到達現場,準備佈置攤位。
  11. 活動期間,請遵守主辦單位之相關規範。主辦單位保留本活動變更權利。

【Event Regulations】

【Booth Size】

Each booth provides one table at 2' x 4'.

【Event Description】

  1. If you need 2 tables, please sign up for 2 booths. If you need 3 tables, please sign up for 3 booths, etc.
  2. The booth location will be arranged by the organizers and cannot be changed.
  3. Due to limited resources, there will be no power supply available.
  4. Chairs will not be provided at the booths on the day of the event. If you need chairs, please bring your own.
  5. All transactions will be made with tickets. Please keep your tickets safe and exchange them for cash after the event. We are not responsible for any lost tickets.

【Kid-Preneur Booth Content】

  1. What you can sell: ● Second-hand or new items such as toys, stationery, clothing, etc. ● Artwork created by children themselves. ● Creative games designed by children.
  2. Selling second-hand items or commercial products for adults is prohibited.
  3. Prohibited items include food, beverage, medical supplies, medication, animals/pets and other restricted items.

Kid-Preneur Application Process

  1. Complete the application form.
  2. Yo! Baby Shop will review the application within 5 business days and provide a payment link.
  3. Once payment is completed, the application is considered complete.
  4. Receive the Check List sent by Yo! Baby Shop.
  5. If you have not received the Check List by 6/30 (Friday), please inquire via email.

Kid-Preneur Notices

  1. Please provide accurate information when registering, check-in will be done under the name of the registrant on the day of the event.
  2. The application fee for each booth is $15. Each additional table/booth incurs an additional $10. Each booth provides one 2' x 4' table, with a limit of 2 kid-preneurs and 2 accompanying parents per table. If you have 4 kid-preneurs participating, please choose 2 booths (Two of 2' x 4' tables).
  3. Spaces are limited. After the application is approved, you will be notified to make payment. Successful application is only confirmed after payment is completed.
  4. Please fill out the actual selling items. Changes made after the submission requires re-approval. 
  5. Once you receive the payment link, please make the payment as scheduled. Failure to make the payment as scheduled will be considered as giving up the qualification, and it will be filled by the next person on the waiting list.
  6. After completing the application, no refunds will be provided. In case of uncontrollable factors such as weather conditions leading to the cancellation of the event, the organizers will notify each participant individually and provide a full refund.
  7. If you need Yo! Baby Shop's assistance in promoting your booth, please email photos of your booth's merchandise to info@yobabyshop.com before 6/30.
  8. On the day of the event, all transactions will be made in tickets. Please keep the received tickets safe, and exchange them for cash after the event. We are not responsible for any lost tickets.
  9. Yo! Baby Shop is not responsible for the care and safety of children on the day of the event.
  10. On the day of the event, please arrive early at the venue to prepare and set up your booth.
  11. During the event, please comply the regulations set by the organizers. The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the event.

Photo Release and Waiver of Liability 

By checking this box, I fully understand that the Events or Activities that I and/or my minor child will participate in have the potential to be or become dangerous, and that those Events or Activites likewise have the potential to cause injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property, and/or serious bodily injury or even death. On behalf of myself and/or my minor child, and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I hereby expressly waive and release any and all claims for damages or injuries-whether physical, mental, emotional, or otherwise-sustained by me or to my property, or sustained by my minor child or to his/her property, that I may have against Yo! Baby Shop (W2 Production) and its members.

In consideration of participating in the event, you hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yo! Baby Shop (W2 Production) and its members, against any loss, liability, damage, cause of action, cost, or expense of any nature whatsoever, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees and other legal costs. Yo! Baby Shop (W2 Production) disclaims any liability from and in connection with the event.

I hereby agree and give my permission for Yo! Baby Shop (W2 Production) and/or its members to record, film, photograph, audiotape or videotape my child and myself (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Works”) and to display, publish or distribute these Works for the purpose of publishing, posting on the Yo! Baby Shop (W2 Production) website and posting on social media sites. I hereby waive any right to approve the use of these Works now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown, and I waive any right to any royalties related to the use of these Works.
