Introduction to Supported Employment Services training seminar is designed as a beginning introductory course. This training provides techniques and strategies for community employment providers to implement best practices in employment services and increase employment outcomes for persons with disabilities.  

Topics will include:
Module 1 (June 15) Values and Philosophy, Discovery/Assessment
Module 2 (June 16) Job Development Strategies, Employer Engagement, Customized Employment
•      Module 3 (June 22) Role of the Job Coach, Worksite & Culture Analysis, Job Placement & Training
Module 4 (June 23) Career Development, Disclosure, Follow-Along
