Please only apply if you can 100% attend, deposits are locked in after 1st September. If you pull out, you will lose your deposit. You will get refunded after the festival once you've completed your shifts and you've been baptised as a LOVEJAMMAA 2022!

Hey Lovejammers,

Thank you for joining the family, we always have the best, most reliable and hard working crew, it is so appreciated!

Please fill out all the questions below and send the refundable deposit of £50 to lovejamvolunteers@gmail.com Paypal (friends & family option) to apply as a crew member. This will be refunded if we are unable to allocate you a spot or after the festival when you have completed your volunteering shifts. IMPORTANT: your application will not be processed until the deposit is paid.

If you are applying, please ensure you can be on-site by 6pm (before dark) of Wednesday 21st September for site introduction, crew briefing & role induction.

Shifts vary from Thursday-Monday depending on you role.

Food:
DURING SET-UP: We will provide and co-create community meals and evening hangs & jams.
DURING THE FESTIVAL: Self serve breakfast + 1 Meal token will be given for each shift you complete
For volunteers not on set-up/decor/packdown, you will be required to volunteer up to 16 hours across the 4 days. We endeavour to rota shifts of 4-6 hours.

Bring:
Mug, plate, bowl, fork, spoon, refillable bottle - we are radical eco warriors!
High vis jacket
Suitable shoes for shift
Headtorch
Camp gear: tent, sleeping mat/tress, sleeping bag
Warm cosy things
Fairy lights
Instruments
Love!
