The Malta Chamber of Psychologists is organising a three-part series on Gender Distress in Children and Young People. These are being held as three webinars on three consecutive Tuesdays in the months of September and October 2023, all given by Professor Michele Moore.
Professor Michele Moore holds the esteemed position of Professor in Inclusive Education, serving as a Consultative Research Professor and fulfilling the role of Editor at the prestigious international journal, Disability and Society. With a notable authorship record, such as co-editorship of the book 'Inventing Transgender Children and Young People', she is recognized for her profound contributions. Her work extends across local, national, and global contexts, addressing challenges related to social inclusion. Prof. Moore spearheads agency and empowerment initiatives worldwide, fostering cross-cultural insights to bridge the gap between social justice and exclusion. Her approach is characterized by its multidisciplinary and multi-agency nature, traversing fields such as education, health, psychology, social sciences, and community studies.

Attendees of one webinar will be granted 5 CPD hours. Attending all three webinars grants 15 CPD hours.
