Requirements: -
  • All participants must bring their own computers for use during the course.
  • This course is designed for participants with a basic understanding of data concepts. Practical exercises will involve hands-on application of Gnuplot to enhance participants’ analytical skills.
  • Gnuplot is a free software and can be downloaded from the Gnuplot website.
  • All participants are encouraged to bring their own dataset.

Registration of Participants

Registration of participants will be on a first-come-first-served basis.

All registrations must be made through this Google Form at least ten (10) working days before the commencement date of the training/course.

Confirmation

Solar Research Institute (SRI) will inform all confirmed participants about the details of the training/course. A confirmation letter will be emailed to the participants at least 5 working days before the course is scheduled to start.

Payment

Full payment shall be made SEVEN (7) working days before the training/ course date to avoid any restriction to the course. All payments shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

All EFT/ IBG/ RENTAS/ TT/ cheque deposit/ bank drafts/ postal orders shall be made payable to UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA. Please email or contact Dr. Siti Zaliha Binti Mohammad Noor, 017 666 3457, sitizaliha@uitm.edu.my immediately if you have deposited into our account.

Receipt will be issued upon receiving payment or on training/course day or after training/course day, whichever is earlier.

LoU or LO is acceptable. Please email the copy of LoU/LO to sitizaliha@uitm.edu.my

Cancellation


For any cancellation, the PIC/ participant(s)/ organisation shall inform SRI (sitizaliha@uitm.edu.my) in writing no less than 7 working days of the scheduled training/ course date, otherwise the PIC/ participant(s)/ organization shall pay UNIVERSITI TEKNOLOGI MARA the full amount as stated in this confirmation letter and proforma invoice.

Registered participant who is unable to attend the training/ course may nominate a substitute at no charge. Details of the substitute shall be provided via email (sitizaliha@uitm.edu.my) at least THREE (3) working days before training and inform the organiser.

If the cancellation is initiated by SRI we will make full refund of all payments made or shall offer the registered participants to transfer to the same course on the new planned dates.

Transfer of Registration

Transfer of registration of the same training/course to another available date is allowed (subject to availability) if SRI is informed in writing at least seven (7) working days before the commencement date of the training/course.

Course Package

The training course fees are inclusive of the followings: certificate, course notes, lunch and refreshments. The certificate is awarded only if the participant attends and participates in 100% of the training/course modules.
