Saturday, August 6 (Noon) to Saturday, August 13 (Noon)

THIS FORM MUST BE COMPLETED BY ALL PARTICIPANTS, VOLUNTEERS, LEADERS AND OVERNIGHT GUESTS.  

1.  All campers must be registered with the Lithuanian Scouts Association (L.S.S.) at least six months before the beginning of camp.                                                                              

2.  L.S.S. registration will not be accepted at the camp gates.

3.  All persons are required to complete, sign and submit the attached Medical form.

4.  All medications noted in the Medical form for persons under the age of 18 years must be submitted, together with instructions for use, to the camp’s medical personnel upon arrival at camp.

5.  Retain for your reference the List of Required Supplies for Camp (will be e-mailed separately).

6.  NO PETS of any kind are allowed into the camp.
