We are creating a collaborative experience for students learning Python. We invite you to apply to join this student cohort. In the program, you will go through a course with fellow students at the same pace and you will be given access through private slack channels, and other means, to interact with your cohort. There you can ask questions, give feedback, and stay motivated to finish the Python journey.

This cohort is for students interested in learning *FastAPI* and starts July 12th, 2021.

** What does it cost? **

The price for a cohort experience is $99 + course purchase. You'll receive an invoice when you've been accepted and the cohort begins.

** When will it run? **

This particular cohort will run from July 12th - August 31st, 2021 (8 weeks).

** How does it work? **

If accepted, you will go through the Modern APIs with FastAPI course, focusing on one chapter at a time, with your fellow students in your cohort. This will include

* Kickoff video call to start the cohort with Michael
* Private slack channel with fellow students from YOUR cohort
* You will be paired with a Python buddy, a fellow student who you work closely with
* A clear schedule of content to keep you in sync (approx 3 months)
* Watch the videos for that week's chapter
* Do exercises from the course or recreate the app from that week
* Access to free office hours
* Closeout video call with Michael
