By completing this form, I, as a member of the Republic of Singapore Yacht Club, authorize RSYC to act on my behalf when liaising with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) and / or the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority (ICA) regarding all matters pertaining to my vessel. 

This authorization grants RSYC the ability to handle documentation, coordinate vessel entry and exit, manage inspections, and address any related matters within Singapore waters.
