Payment: Middlesex Recreation will be accept CASH and CHECK forms of payment ONLY. If paying cash, please come with exact change. If paying by check, please make it out to Middlesex Recreation Department. PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF ONLY! All payments shall be dropped off at the Middlesex Recreation Center (1400 Mountain Ave, Middlesex, NJ 08846). Upon payment, you will receive the necessary number of tickets.
