To keep all of our students safe we ask that you please fill out the following information so that we can help your child follow a safe before and after school plan. 

Please make before and after school plans with your students before sending them to school. We know that sometimes, special situations will change your family routines; if the general plan changes on any day, please notify our office ASAP by calling or emailing.  

Please complete the form below with the plan that will generally happen before and after school. With this information, we can work together to assist our students in getting where they need to be.  Thank you!

Important Information - Before School
It is important to understand that adult supervision will not be available until 8:50 a.m.  Any student arriving before 8:50 a.m. and not participating in YMCA Childcare or the LPS Breakfast program, will not be supervised and are the responsibility of their parent/guardian or daycare provider.

Any student not picked up by 3:45 p.m. will be brought into the main office.  Parent and/or guardians will be contacted to pick up and will need to sign the student out from the main office.
