GUIDELINES:

The nominated business must be located within the city limits of Porterville or the greater Porterville area.
The nominee business should have a proven track record of actively supporting and contributing to the betterment of the community. This may include involvement in local events, sponsorship of community initiatives, and active engagement with civic organizations or local school districts.
The nominee should showcase business innovation and creativity in its products, services, or operational practices.
The nominated business should actively contribute to job creation and growth opportunities in the region. Evidence of sustainable employment practices and commitment to local workforce development will be taken into account.
Nominated businesses should have a reputation for ethical conduct, transparency, and integrity. They should exemplify business practices above reproach and demonstrate a commitment to responsible business operations.

*Please attach your responses to the sections below. Be sure to complete the following with as much information as possible. Selection of the Large & Small Business of the Year award is made from the information provided. No other research will be done by the committee.

**Nominations must be submitted to the Porterville Chamber of Commerce no later than 10:00pm on Saturday, August 31, 2024.
