This program will help you reduce daily stress and create control and routines for your life. It will teach you methods and practices you can continue incorporating into your life long after the program is completed.
Each coaching package is uniquely designed around each individual client’s goals, wants, & needs. Common topics include:

- Goal-Setting
- Creating & Optimizing Time for Yourself

Each 1:1 Coaching package includes:
- Personalized 1:1 coaching
- Bi-weekly coaching calls so that we can work through your customized program together and get you lasting results (option to record our call)
- Follow up emails, following each coaching call, so that you have your action items and resources from our conversation easily accessible
- On-going messaging and email support between our calls so that you can stay on track and receive the support and encouragement you need
- Tools and resources so that you can optimize your time and energy (available for you even after the program is completed)
