Project TEAL Director of Operations Application
Project TEAL (https://www.projectteal.org/) is a student-led initiative committed to providing young people with the knowledge and tools to become engaged citizens in the democratic process. Through tolerance, engagement, action, and learning, we believe that civic engagement is the key to dismantling the polarization that has come to dominate our geopolitical climate today.

The Director of Operations will be responsible for overseeing the development of our website. Additionally, the Director of Operations will work closely with both the Directors of Campaigns and Policy to organize engaging events, as well as the Director of Social Media to create appealing content for our social media. Essentially, this Director will focus on accomplishing the logistical tasks of Project TEAL and assist other National Team members with projects (when needed) to ensure maximum efficiency and impact of Project TEAL.

If you consistently exemplify your ability to fulfill the above responsibilities with professionalism, dedication, and enthusiasm, you may hold this position until you graduate from high school. Once an applicant is selected for a role, they will be expected to begin immediately.

You must be in grades 9-12 to be selected as the Director of Operations for Project TEAL. Additionally, the Director of Operations should be able to commit at least 4 to 6 hours per week to this position.
