Employee of the Month Nomination Form for Pulaski County Middle School

Parents, students, teachers, administrators, and colleagues are invited to nominate PCPS classified personnel which includes Cafeteria Staff, Custodians, Paraprofessionals, School Nurses, Secretaries, Office Assistants, and Bus Drivers, for the Employee of the Month award. An employee will be recognized from each school, according to a monthly schedule. He or she will be invited to attend the school board meeting in December 2021.

The deadline for submissions is Monday, November 8th. Please submit your nomination by completing the information below. PCMS employees will vote for the winner from the nomination list.
