Do you plan to ship your to our retail location prior to race day? *
PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping address is TriCycle and Run - 929 S. Talbot St. - St. Michaels, MD - 21663  ALSO, all bikes must be received no later than Wednesday June 8, 2022.  For shipping reference, we have had great success with www.BikeFlights.com.  They tend to have the best rates.  Your local bike shop can help you as well, if you have a shop that you frequent.
If you are shipping your bike, you must provide a return shipping label for your bike when you ship it to us.  Please place your pre-paid shipping label inside the bike box before you ship it to Maryland. *
Please check that you have read and understand the shipping label requirement.  If you are not able to provide/print the shipping label at the time the bike is shipped, please email the label to eagleman@tricycleandrun.com  If you have any questions regarding the best method for shipping, please don't hesitate to email and ask.
If you are not shipping your bike, do you plan to bring your bike to the IRONMAN Village for assembly before the race?

Please let us know when you would prefer for your bike to be ready for pick-up from the IRONMAN Village site.  We will do our best to accommodate your request. *
We prefer that you plan to pick up your bike from our vendor tent within the IRONMAN Village either prior to check-in or just after.  If you need to make other arrangements, please contact us via email to discuss an alternative option.  (eagleman@tricycleandrun.com) Please remember to refer to the Official Athlete Guide to know Bike Check-In times.  All bikes must be racked by 6:00pm Saturday, June 11.

Examples:  Power meter/pedals, Di2, SRAM E-Tap, existing damage, fit issues, etc.
If you are bringing your bike to us at the IRONMAN Village for assembly, will you be requiring our services to breakdown and box your bike following the race?

This time should be determined by your travel schedule.  Please email us if you have a tight window, so that we can plan accordingly with staff.  (eagleman@tricycleandrun.com)  Also, please reference the Athlete Guide for bike pick-up times.  Bikes will not be released from the Transition area until 1:30pm EST.  Family/friends will not be able to get your bike or gear until that time.
I am aware of the cost of the services for the Bike Build & Bike Box/Valet services as is laid out in the official Athlete Guide for participants. *
Payment (cash or credit card) can be completed at the time you pick up your bike from our tent inside the IRONMAN Village.  If you would prefer to pay in advance, we can also email you an invoice via PayPal or you can submit payment via Venmo.  Any questions related to the cost of services can be sent to eagleman@tricycleandrun.com
