We are excited to offer an innovative look at our school. Instead of talking at you, we want to talk with you! We will start with introductions from a handful of parents, teachers and administrators and then you decide who you want to speak with to learn about Mack! There will be opportunities for you to share your family journey with those you speak with, if you choose. Our hope is that after this event you will be inspired to learn more and return to have a personal tour during the school day to see the real magic of the students and teachers in action!

Have you heard about The Orchard Center, Mackintosh Academy's literacy intervention program? 

Liz Rippey, our Director of The Orchard Center, will be attending the Meet & Mingle and available to discuss our program. The Orchard Center has become an integral part of the Mack community. Serving about 15% of the Mack student body, The Orchard Center provides literacy-based Orton Gillingham intervention for students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, and other literacy-based challenges. It's more than that though! Building executive functioning skills and confidence is a crucial part of the program.
