American English Resources for EFL Teachers / Professional Development Program

The program, designed for teachers of English as a second language, focuses on introducing American English teaching resources such as Voice of America, CNN, and American English websites to teachers of English. Guided by Liliana Nederiță, Fulbright TEA alumna, participants will learn how to use American English resources during the lessons as additional listening, reading, and speaking material to develop linguistic, socio-linguistic, pragmatic, and pluri/intercultural competencies. They will be provided with examples of how to use them according to the curricular requirements in a Moldovan classroom.

Finally, participants will design activities on certain curricular topics to implement using the resources mentioned above in the classroom.
